Chocolate banana flax smoothie

CHOCOLATE BANANA FLAX SMOOTHIE 

I really love to get my flaxseed fix everyday. Here is an uber healthy smoothie that is filled with fibre, protein and will tie over your hunger for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTSI

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp of natural vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa
  • 3 5 ice cubes
  • 1 heaping Tbsp of ground flaxseeds
