CHOCOLATE BANANA FLAX SMOOTHIE
I really love to get my flaxseed fix everyday. Here is an uber healthy smoothie that is filled with fibre, protein and will tie over your hunger for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTSI
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 tsp of natural vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp of cocoa
- 3 5 ice cubes
- 1 heaping Tbsp of ground flaxseeds
